The Andes in Ecuador has plenty of activity to be included; hiking at Laguna Cuicocha, horseback riding at Cotopaxi, hiking in the Quilotoa loop or work in a climb of one of Ecuador's 5000+ meter peaks, just to mention some of them.

The town of Baños de Agua Santa is known for its beautiful location, hot springs and its Church. This little town is suited to all travellers, as it has both relaxation and adventure on offer.
North of Quito (about 2 hours), theres is town of Otavalo where we can visit the largest indigenous market in Ecuador on the Plaza de Ponchos. There are also many other activities in he area such as Laguna Cuicocha, an impressive crater lake and have a chance for a boat trip on the lake or hiking around it.
Chimborazo, this is the highest point in Ecuador at about 6300 meters. There is a plenty activities and beautiful landscapes in this area located in the center of the country.
The Cotopaxi National Park, with Ecuador’s highest active volcano is definitely a highlight of the tour, its uniquely symmetrical cone shape and the surrounding rocky landscape. The refuge awaits for you at 4800 meters!!
Quilotoa, a traditional indigenous Kichwa community at an altitude of about 3900 meters, overlooking a stunning crater lake, Laguna Quilotoa. The two mile wide crater resulted from a catastrophic volcanic eruption about 800 years ago, the green coloured lake has formed since.
On of the sites you shouldn't miss is the Ingapirca arqueological site, it is Ecuador's largest and most significant Inca ruins, dating back to the 15th century. Constructed without mortar, all of the stones were carefully chiseled to fit together perfectly. A local tour guide will be with you making sure you enjoy a great experience while you enjoy the view.
Once in the south of the country, the city of Cuenca is a must visit sight. During the period of Spanish colonalization in Cuenca, its Old Cathedral "El Sagrario" was the principal place of Spanish worship. Additionally, its towers were used historically by La Condamine's expedition to measure the shape of the earth.
