Goodwood Revival is a three day Classic themed motor racing extravaganza that has been held every September at the Goodwood circuit, the spiritual home of British Motor Racing, since 1998 is the worlds most celebrated historic motor racing event. During the festival, car and motorcycle races are held during the original circuit period: 1948-1966. Many people dress in period clothes.

The festival relives the glory days of the Goodwood circuit, which was next to Silverstone as Britain's leading racing venue during its active years. The track hosted a number of contemporary races of all kinds, including Formula One, the famous Goodwood Nine Hours race and the Sports Trophy.

Goodwood has also a WWII fighter air base and with this in mind, the festival is also famed for its period "War Birds" flying display and "spirit of aviation" concours event for pre 1966 planes.
